To ensure a smooth return or replacement process, please follow these important guidelines while receiving your order:
Do not use scissors, knives, or sharp objects to open the package.
Any damage caused while opening the box will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Box opening video is mandatory.
In case of damage, missing items, or wrong products, claims will be accepted only if a clear box opening video is provided, recorded from start to finish without cuts.
Do not accept the parcel if it appears opened, torn, or damaged.
If the package is already opened or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery.
📌 Note:
Claims without a proper box opening video or for parcels accepted in damaged condition will not be considered.
• Returns or replacements will not be accepted for personal dislike, colour difference, or size issues, since product specifications are already provided in the description.
